HighTrack LLC, An industry leader in the temperature-controlled storage, distribution and logistic industry serving customers from around the globe.

HighTrack LLC is the first public refrigerated warehouse constructed in the Madison WI area since the mid-1960's. We are dedicated to providing the latest innovations in facility design to insure the highest levels of inventory control, sanitation, refrigeration technology, racking and barcode scanning capabilities. Our state of the art IT systems capable of RFID and EDI also integrate our Access Control, CCTV, Security, Fire Suppression and Life Safety systems.

Current operations include regional transportation service, spotting service for dropped trailer programs, cross docking service, pallet exchange, slip sheet or clamp availability, order picking and consolidation, product repackaging, and stretch wrapping service by hand or machine. In addition, our shipping department currently provides custom packaging and international shipping services for our customers that need time sensitive delivery of their frozen products on a worldwide basis. Our ability to react to our customers ever changing requirements and provide cost effective solutions to their needs has made us a leader in the industry.

HighTrack LLC currently has a storage capacity of 3,877,728 cu. ft. with more storage on the way as progress continues on our 1,797,000 cu ft addition. The current facility features a fifty foot deep refrigerated truck dock with eighteen dock doors all equipped with vertical stored dock boards. Our ten car private rail siding serving a refrigerated rail dock with two rail doors, soon to be expanded to five rail doors, which allows HighTrack LLC to receive and process larger shipments from across North America.

HighTrack LLC is an approved USDA facility with applicable meat and poultry establishment numbers with Seal of Inspection services. HighTrack’s state of the art facility boasts two dedicated inspection rooms available to the USDA FSIS and the USDA Butter Grading service. High Track LLC adheres to all federal and state sanitation policies, which include but are not limited to an advanced HACCP program, and adherence to the FDA GMP program. HighTrack has implemented our own, even stricter policies which include an advanced employee training program, and environmental monitoring systems program. Compliance is managed by a fulltime compliance officer within the company.

HighTrack is lead by the owners Dianne and Dick Sharratt with a combined industry expertise of 73 years and their hand picked teams of industry experienced managers all dedicated to the operational processes where subtle changes in temperature controlled distribution and logistics can make a critical difference. This team’s ability to understand the whole process in the frozen and refrigerated storage, distribution, and logistics industry has allowed us to become a leader in the public refrigerated warehouse industry.
